"Denn wie immer flog ich nach Tel Aviv"
A media-analytical desktop documentary that examines how Tel Aviv is constructed in German media as a charged projection surface for ideas of freedom, liberalism, and historical reconciliation. Through screen recordings of travel blogs, social media, and film excerpts, the film uses theory to trace how these images intertwine philosemitism, Orientalism, and tourism aesthetics, revealing how such narratives say less about Tel Aviv itself than about German desires.
